The End Time Messenger

The following picture showing the seven Church ages, with the Church age Messengers,
was taken right out of William Branham's Book on the
"Exposition of the Seven Church Ages".

Tell me, why isn't William Branham's name under that seventh star? I'll tell you why. He knew that he wasn't the Messenger to the last Church Age. Look at what William Branham said during a meeting on January 12, 1961. You'll find it written on pages 572 and 573 of the Conduct, Order and Doctrine Book.

William Branham said: "Little Willie put my name under that star...Now I'm going to be honest as I can be, I don't think I'd have anything to do with that Messenger, see. That's right. I believe that I am maybe being sent for a part in His Church, to help build that Message up to a place to where it would when this forerunner comes, that he will come. But let me say this, that there will come----there will come a Message, and there will come a Messenger. I believe that if it's to be a man it---it'll be somebody after me."

"Don't you know what the very first thing He said down there on the river? Don't you remember what He said? "As John the Baptist was sent forth to forerun the first coming of Christ, your Message..." It's the Message that will forerun the second coming of Christ. That's what the Angel of the Lord said."

Here's another thing that happened at the time that William Branham was preaching his messages on the opening of the seven seals in March of 1963. The day after he had covered the seventh seal, they got William Branham to meet them in a Motel room and decided to cut out a portion of the seventh seal message and replace it with something that he put on the tape right there in the Motel room. What he had preached on in the part they cut out, while he was under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, was that he was only laying a foundation for the Endtime Messenger to come along and build upon. William Branham knew that he was not the last Messenger to the final Church Age. The following is part of what they cut out of the Message:

"It may be time. It may be the hour now, that this great person that we're expecting to rise on the scene may rise on the scene. Maybe this ministry that I have tried to take people back to the word has laid a foundation; and if it has, I'll be leaving you for good. There won't be two of us here at the same time. If it is, he'll increase, I'll decrease. I don't know. But I have been privileged by God to look and see what it was... unfold to that much. ..Now that is the truth."

See they knew if that statement by their Prophet got out, they would have to admit that he wasn't what they were representing him to be. It wasn't enough that he was sent by God and operated a Healing Ministry. Nor was it enough that they believed a vindicated Prophet was in their midst. The people wanted this man to be everything, but he wasn't. God didn't send William Branham to the Church to wind things up and tie everything together for the second coming. Or if He did, then He changed His plan along the way.

Then on April 10, 1966, after William Branham had died, they admitted they had done wrong by withholding that portion of his message and agreed to release it, just the way their anointed Prophet preached it.

Look at what William Branham said about the coming of the spirit of Elijah for these last days of the Gentile Dispensation:

"We believe that there is to be a coming of the true spirit of Elijah. It's predicted it would be, see. And we must remember it'll be here in its own season and time. We may be laying the foundation for it now. The last age is a prophetic Message to the Church, calling them back to the original word. If that isn't exactly what the second Elijah is supposed to do when he comes to this Church in this day ---restore back to the original faith.....turn back to the true Word. When the man arrives on the scene, he'll be a Prophet just as certain as I'm standing in this pulpit; and he'll stay right with that Word. He will not take down for nobody's creed or nothing else. That's right."

Just one month before William Branham died, he made this statement: "The very word prophet means that " he is a revealer of the Word of God," And that's why today we're in such a need of this great person that's supposed to be sent to us in the form of the prophet Elijah,"

Throughout his ministry, William Branham kept saying that he was only laying a foundation for the Elijah Messenger which was to come after him. Right up to one month before he died. He wasn't being modest, just trying to be truthful and say what God had showed him was coming.

WHY WON'T YOU BELIEVE WHAT YOUR PROPHET TOLD YOU?
Its time for the Bride of Christ to wake up and get ready
for His coming and the Rapture.
